Our Uglybird Peri Peri Powdered Basting Sauce – Lemon Herb is a citrusy, aromatic twist on classic peri peri. Whether you're cooking chicken, fish, veg, or tofu, this blend delivers a mouthwatering hit of herbs, garlic, and tangy lemon in every bite.

How to Use:

• 100g Sauce Mix

• 50g Vegetable Oil

• 150g Water

Whisk powder and oil until smooth. Add the water while whisking. Baste during the final 5–10 minutes of cooking.

Store in a cool dry place. Refridgerate once mixed.
